Hyperlinks for PSE leads now appear in the links tab

We would like to have hyperlinks in the notes field of a lead or opportunity functional so that the user can click the hyperlink and be taken to the site. Today we have to search for the link in the text and copy and paste in a browser to access.

MSR and PSSR Customer Assignment History

We'd like rep assignment history in SalesLink. If Rep A was assigned as an MSR for a customer until February of 2023 and Rep B took over that account as MSR in March of 2023, we'd like to track that.

Associate a UCC record with a lost quote.

Background UCCs count as a loss. So too do quotes in "Lost" status. As a result, losses are double-counted. Solution Sales reps and sales managers who use iQuote and SalesLink can now associate a closed quote with a UCC record.

PSE Page to help identify potential PSE to sales matches

Develop a PSE page or search to show potential PSE matches to a serial number or customer number. Show Work order and Parts counter sales for 30, 60 or 90 days that may match the PSE. Display the PSE and list possible matches to the PSE.
