Need held ups added

We would like a held up added to show cash customers and one for COD customers. This indicator is in the work order header. 1 is cash and 4 is COD. It should not be a hard stop. See attachment for DBS field we want this held up to pull from.

Add the Unit Number and PO to the Advanced search

At Cavpower since they have a lot of mining focus it would help a lot if they could search on a unit number in the quick and advanced search. This would prevent them from going into DBS or having printed documents. Also add the PO number to the ad...

Audit Log entries need to be more specific

Is it possible to color code fleet vehicles by branch location?

Right now all fleet vehicles are respresented in the jobsite map with a yellow pin. It would be a lot easier to indicate what vehicles belong to a specific branch when dispatching so you can see who is closest to the jobsite.

Salesman in Other panel of Overview page should verify valid salesman, or not be editable

Currently the salesman field is editable, but there is no verification. It should have a dropdown loaded from DBS, or not be input capable.

Monthly Expense WO's automatically have the date update each month

It would be very helpful if the monthly work orders could have the promise date automatically populate versus having to manually enter/update the promise date at the beginning of each month.
