Notify the originator of an issue when it is closed

To help with internal communication, allow for an automated email to be sent to an issue originator whenever an issue is closed - regardless of the outcome. That way the originator can confirm the resolution and follow-up if required.

Have a field added in the Overview tab to reference a project number or ID

Have the ability in the Overview tab to input a project number or ID, or if an unused field could be repurposed to capture this so an API can be run to correlate all the information for project tracking.

Once a workshop bay has been scheduled to a work order, can the functionality of scheduling the workshop bay again to the same work order be removed, same as Technician scheduling.
