Financials - Division Filter needs to be Multi-Select

Note Chain should show in descending order based on date/time

The chain on a COTI note currently shows the most recent update/comment at the top underneath the original note. This can be confusing to follow. I would prefer that it fall below (at the bottom) so it shows in a date and time order. It could very...
