Westrac- SIMS entries need to have the primary and secondary fields made mandatory

when entering SIMS on a segment the Primary field is a mandatory filed to save the entry this needs to also be set for the secondary field refer Texada Ticket: 23699978089

Config key to have time period view start on Monday in Scheduler for Week and 2 Week View

Servicelink has a config key to define the Technician Dashboard start day as Monday or sunday. (SVL.Dashboard.WeekStart). However, The Scheduler screen view for "Weekly" and "2 Weekly" is limited to display the week starting on Sunday.
