When creating a PIP/PSP segment via the service letter popstick menu thesome items should be pre-populated by service link for the service letter - for example is a service letter is selected the the Warranty button should automatically be selected . whe the component code 7755(PSP) is selected the the warranty code PSP should be automatically populated if the component code 7751 (PIP) then the warrant code should defult to PIP.
the PIP/PSP standard hours should also carry over from the popsicle menu into the segment header for the PIP/PSP - see attachment

This will ensure that PIP and PSP segments will be opened correctly every time with minimal manual manipulation from the user - this will speed up the process of opening PIP/PSP and also aid signifigantly in the end of job process |
