DocuSign - Change to the agreement document

For Dealers who don't need to get initials on their sales agreements, it would be nice to have the configuration to remove the boxes that say "initial here". - Relates to DocuSign

Docusign - Bug: customer name in subject field is putting contact name not customer name

Bug - The customer in the subject field needs to be the customer name, Right now it is the contact name which is wrong.

Docusign - change the 'send to docusign link' for multiple roles not just one

Right now you have to chose one role that has the ability to click "Send to DocuSign"This should be a config key for multi-choice of the iQuote roles to utilize the functionality****

Docusign - adding the sales rep email in the CC field by default

Otherwise they don't get notifications because it's being sent by a single generic email address.

AX ERP mapping for Created By Name for Equipment Notes

For customers with AX ERPs integrated with Cloudlink: The “name” field in EquipmentLink inventory for DBS is blank. This should have the “CREATED BY” name.

HELD UP ADDED BY SPECIFIC USERS WITHIN A DEPT (WARRANTY) BE THE ONLY ONES THAT CAN RESOLVE THE HELD UP ADDED OR MAKE IT SO IT'S A HARD STOP

Our Warranty team has created a manual held up and we need the ability for our users NOT to edit the held up or remove it. Can we create a held up for our Warranty Team where users that are not in a warranty role are unable to edit the held up?

Shipped but not SCORED report to only apply to New Cat machines, make AA

Non-Cat and used machines do not get scored to Caterpillar and need to be excluded from the Shipped but No SCORE date report.
