Allow rep to click/call from the lead/opportunity from "phone" field.

Pushed Flex out to our reps and immediately got this request back, which is a good one. If we're using the native functionality of the phone, we should try and enable it everywhere.

Create visibility that customer account is a corporate account

Every DBS dealer uses the TEPS Dealer Code field and Account Type field to identify the account as a Corporate Account. Can we use these fields to create an on-screen notification that the account viewed is a corporate account?
