SVL Flex Android App to support Landscape functionality

Fill the Advisor field in CAT Interact using the User ID of the person that created the SVL Work Order (SERVICELINK-I-831)

Currently, DBS and CAT Interacts interface defaults the Advisor field in CAT Interact from the DBS User ID that created the WO.

Associate a UCC record with a lost quote.

Background UCCs count as a loss. So too do quotes in "Lost" status. As a result, losses are double-counted. Solution Sales reps and sales managers who use iQuote and SalesLink can now associate a closed quote with a UCC record.
