Button to automatically create an issue (Invoice Type) on the Customer AR Screen

It would be helpful to have a button on the AR screen for a Customer that when clicked automatically creates a Customer issue with the relevant fields populated.

Non-DBS Activities Transfer to Prospect Account Activities

Activities connected to Non DBS Leads transfer to show under the activties tab if that Non DBS lead customer turns into a Prospect account

Create bubble view for reps to show recent changes to an account on their list

Great idea. When a rep goes into SL Rep, have a portion of the screen (upper right hand corner) which indicates updates have been made to their accounts i.e. machine added, lead added, quote done against, etc. Great Idea!

Gatekeeper - Influencer Delete Automated

Influencer delete requests are the only influencer request not automated today. This would help the gatekeeper from having to switch back inforth with DBS and Gatekeeper depending on the influencer request.

Add ability to multi-select divisions when viewing a customer's information, instead of just 'one' or 'all'.

We have some divisions that overlap each other and cross sell frequently and the management team would like the ability to multi-select those divisions to see the roll up on Sales Analysis, etc. I don't see a way to do this in Customer Hierarchy e...

Need to be able to search for warranty by work order number, claim number, and vendor claim number

Need to have be able to search for work orders with other than work order number or ticket number. Suggesting to be able to search by a warranty claim number.

Add/Update/change COTI Link in Salesmen Left menu

Currently the link on the salesmens left menu "Customer Order to Invoice > Incomplete Deals" takes the salesman to his deals in COTI that Deal Details is not yet green. Salesman also need a link to any "Change Requests" assigned to them.

Create ability to cc: others or select multiple individuals on Issues Created.

There are often times when we would want the Service Manager, as well as someone more specific to see when new Issues are generated, and today we can only send to one of them through the default assignment matrix.
