Able to enter activities for prior date/month

There are times where sales reps can't get to entering an activity on the same day it happens.

Integrate iPhone contacts w/ activity form

When entering an activity, can we have the ability to access our contacts on our mobile device in order to add a new contact for an activity without having to manually enter each field? (Carolina)
