Add Docusign Checkbox to Data Consent Form

Install an "Edit All" button in the Quote List to change mutilple estimated delivery dates at one time.

This was a suggestion from one of our Sales Managers. It would be more time efficient to be able to move multiple sales reps quotes to a future delivery date at the same time rather than one by one.
