Add a multi-select filter field for finance terms

Finance managers asking for this so they can easily maintain visibility to just 'financed' type deals. This would be needed along with the ability to multi-select by Division so a report can be easily pulled for just the data they want to see.

COTI: Exceptions tab on COTI shows options to view Active Sales Shipping Activity and Rentals without Agreement No.

Steps: Navigate to COTI.Select Role Order Coordinator.Navigate to Exceptions tab. Expected Result: On Prem instance has Rentals without Agreement No and Active Sales Shipping Activity. Current Experience We do not have those in CloudLink.
