Enable mobile phone field to be mandatory

The recent move for Cavpower to transfer phone and email data from "extra Details" to the specific Contact fields was done on the basis that the fields could be set as mandatory. It has since been revealed that it it not possible

Hyperlinks for PSE leads now appear in the links tab

We would like to have hyperlinks in the notes field of a lead or opportunity functional so that the user can click the hyperlink and be taken to the site. Today we have to search for the link in the text and copy and paste in a browser to access.

Bulk delete opportunities / leads, activities, and issues

After accidentally batch creating leads, it is currently not possible to bulk delete them.

Use financial parent credit instead of customer credit for DBS Version 5

For dealers on DBS 5, they would like us to the customer's financial parent credit when checking credit if it is present, else use the customer credit.

Show Future Programs as Options when Selecting Future Delivery date

When quoting with an estimated delivery date in 2022 iQuote does not pull in the 2022 programs. It only shows 2021 available.

Notify the originator of an issue when it is closed

To help with internal communication, allow for an automated email to be sent to an issue originator whenever an issue is closed - regardless of the outcome. That way the originator can confirm the resolution and follow-up if required.

We need to make a field called Data Sheet GP% editalbe, it used to be and something changed

the field in coti of data sheet GP % was editable by sales managers, we need this ability for edit to be turned back on refer to CLA-35147

EMT to use Model instead of Price Model for Model field in Machine Information

The EMT Model Information page currently uses the Price Model field value from DBS for the Model field. It should be changed to use the Display Model which is what CMP uses.

Add Customer Requested Start Date field to ServiceLink

We are requesting to add a new field to ServiceLink for Customer Requested Start Date and an API to report that data back to us. We would like it to be a calendar field with the ability to have a default date set or be left blank.

Drag/Drop Activities

The ability to drag/drop activities to different working days on a calendar view would make things easier for reps instead of having to go into the activity then edit and save.
