We would like to have hyperlinks in the notes field of a lead or opportunity functional so that the user can click the hyperlink and be taken to the site. Today we have to search for the link in the text and copy and paste in a browser to access.

Extra manual steps to get to the information needed to act on a PSE lead. Caterpillar is creating efficiencies that are still inefficient on our end due to the lack of functionality in texada. |

This is waiting for more formal agreements to be set between CAT and Texada. I will update on here once this has been unblocked.

We're waiting for some final information from the CAT Digital team. Once we have that, we will proceed with the development work.
Due to delays in information availability, this is now targeting Q4.

We have agreement from Caterpillar for the link to be provided to dealers in the Links tab. We will now work to schedule this in once we have updated technical specifications from Caterpillar.
What is the update from Caterpillar then on moving links to the link section?
There already exists a Links section that can be used for manually adding links.
For OEM-generated leads / opportunities, we are currently in talks to direct the links to this section instead of the notes.
