Ability to email entire assigned sales rep team for an account from an activity

We are looking for a better way to communicate to a large group when an account is past due or Credit is sending out a demand lettter. I would be nice to be able to create an activity and select "Email Sales Team" when saved.

Open issues report - Ability to view all open and in-progress issues together

Currently in the open issues report you can only view open OR in-progress issues. To do a full analysis we need to be able to see all open and in-progress issues together. Ideally the field would be a multi-selection on the report.
