Currently, only administrators are allowed to delete or edit a document that has been uploaded in COTI. I'd like to grant the ability for a user to delete or edit ONLY the documents they uploaded (or even allow it to be tied to the role). If a sales rep uploaded the wrong document on accident, they should be able to remove it but not a document they (or their like role) didn't uploaded.
