Couple of issues:
CMP - Leads are locked down to a source and cannot be changed in order to assign to a campaign. We are using the campaign functionality to try and track leads/opps generated out of completing the Cat Inspect App inspection. These come into CMP automatically, are turned into a Case but are locked to our Condition Monitoring source. We need a way to continue to track the lead came from Cond. Monitoring, but also tie it to a campaign.
ZIFT
Currently, ZIFT leads that come in do not have Campaign Response in the drop down option so they cannot be tied to a Campaign. Perhaps having a secondary source that can be tied to Campaign Response would be the best way to handle?
