Part of the sales coordinator role at our dealership is to help facilitate the sale of a machine/work tool. Part of that includes helping the rep in COTI when necessary. I'd like the sales coordinator role to be able to function as a sales rep without actually giving them sales rep access. They should be able to check off sales rep checklist items, address and mark complete change requests sent to sales reps and edit or remove documents they upload.
Hector, can you expand more on the change request portion? What i'm looking for is the ability for a sales coordinator to be able to mark a change request complete when it's filed to the sales rep. If an admin had to intervene, it just causes additional work for further delays the process.

I'm just cleaning up the Ideas portal.
In the Winter Release we released functionality that allows Admin to change the change request can be configurable for the Sales Coordinator as well.
Also, Document type can be configurable to be editable from any roles.
