Config key to have time period view start on Monday in Scheduler for Week and 2 Week View

Servicelink has a config key to define the Technician Dashboard start day as Monday or sunday. (SVL.Dashboard.WeekStart). However, The Scheduler screen view for "Weekly" and "2 Weekly" is limited to display the week starting on Sunday.

'Sync Parts Holding File' button to Update Order Qty to Used Qty in Parts Holding DBS Menu

Responsible Mechanic field needs to be displayed

When the Resp. Mechanic field in the segment creation/edit screen is populated, there needs to be a place this is displayed on the segment for the mentioned person and others to see. this also needs to displayed in ServiceLink Flex

We would like to be able to show just the current month totals in SVL separate from the existing current and last month totals

Currently, the display on the main screen under invoiced displays the running total for warranty/non warranty for the current month PLUS last month. Our regional managers are only interested in the current month's numbers

Scheduler "Selected Technicians" drop list checkbox should stay ticked for selected technicians
