The opportunity to streamline our operations by aligning technician schedules with segment standard hours on work orders. So if we schedule a 6 hour work order to a tech the system is able to identify that the standard hours are 6 hours and it assgns only 6 hours to the tech without the need of manually imputting the hours at time of schedule
