PAR Drop down values - Custom option to enter freeform value

To add an option to PAR values to select CUSTOM and freeform the value. CAT is now suggesting different PARs during Coverage studies, for example, 8 or 36. These do not align with the current values in SalesLink.

Enable More Dynamic Bulk Lead Uploads to Campaigns

(WesTrac) Backlog to generate a segment on update like it does with PIP/PSP's

currently in service link when the user assigns the PSP or PIP to the ticket when updated the system generates a segment 80 for that task. This functionality should also be available when selecting a Backlog to generate a segment on update
