currently in service link when the user assigns the PSP or PIP to the ticket when updated the system generates a segment 80 for that task. This functionality should also be available when selecting a Backlog to generate a segment on update

Needs more votes from different dealers (12 votes are currently from the same dealer)
Not sure how job and component codes can be automatically determined from Backlog description; would need a way to capture job and component codes in backlog. For Service Letters, the job and component codes are always the same (perform the service letter).
