Have the contact phone number on lead header instead of the account phone number

Automated Gatekeeper - Allow creation of PAR when assigning rep to account

We are piloting the automated gatekeeper function. When assigning a rep to an account, you cannot set the PAR at the same time. You would have to assign the rep, then go back in and assign/edit the PAR value. Makes sense to do this in one step.
