We have created some campaigns recently that pertain to our ISRs (not MSRs or PSSRs) and there is no way to auto-assign these leads through the batch process.  Due to the large amount of customers that ISRs deal with, this means we are creating campaign leads that are not assigned correctly, and hence the ISR cannot even see the lead unless we manually assign each one. This would be a huge time savings!
