I would be ideal for users to have the ability to search for customer records that are active in the system and not have a list returned with accounts that have been flagged for deletion. Or, at a minimum, could this indicator be returned in the list view?
This continues to be an issue for ALL Dealers & requires a resolution. Can we please have this escalated to develop a solution please.

Identifying customers once the search has completed that are marked for deletion with RED or a extra column with a blue dot would save the need to go into each account to see of they are marked.
It would also be beneficial if the flag deleted customers would appear RED or somehow highlighted in the search results when searching.

We already have the Flag Delete accounts in our customer database ��� and we want to keep them there. The reason this is important is based on the fact that our Credit Department will sometimes set a customer���s flag to ���Y��� in order to temporarily hold the account and prevent others from opening a document against the account. When Credit has what they need they will then change the flag to ���N���. During these activities we want others to be able to search and find the accounts. What needs to be enhanced is the fact that many customer records have neither a N or Y in this field. If we want the filter and search to work appropriately, we need to program it so that customers with a blank in this field will be returned when ���No��� is selected from the Advanced Search field.

There is the ability to search Flag Deleted customers in Advanced Search in the current version. Just note that if we turn this on, the system will download all flag deleted customers from DBS and will appear in the results using the search bar. We can turn on this feature in your certification environments if you'd like to test the functionality. Please email support@uptake.com to enable the feature.
In addition, many dealers may have a blank value in this field. If so BLANK = No.
