CloudLink Ideas Portal

You can now search and select from existing serial numbers when creating a new parts or service opportunity

When entering a Parts or Service Opportunity in SalesLink the Serial Number field in the Product Tab should be a drop down of the Customer's existing population or searchable of customer list. Currently it is free text. This should be applicable on Mobile as well.

    This is a great idea. It will also help keep the machine pop up to date as any missing serial numbers wont be found so they can be added.

    This is a great function that needs to be introduced.  As a CMA I would like to be able to review all Serial number related Opportunities for the machine I am reviewing the health on so that i do not double up on a repair that is already been discussed with the customer.

    CMA's need to be able to see these serial number related opportunities in the EquipmentLink/#ELC/equipment-view/cmdashboard screen tab for quick access.
