Currently, our sales coordinators are in charge of creating welcome kits and thank you letters for our customers on each deal. Being that COTI has all the information necessary, we would like the system to generate a thank-you letter for our customers. I have attached an example letter for reference. The information needed to be pulled from COTI would be Customer Business Name, Address, First Name of Customer, Type of Machine, Model, and Sales Rep contact info.
