Push correct contact type to Cat Interact

Currently, the phone number that pushes to Interact is the desk phone, but Interact interprets as the mobile phone. We also want to be able to push the email address from ServiceLink to Interact as well.

When reviewing notes and trying to tick each box to print on the customers invoice, it is really hard to see, the font is very small and its very easy to miss ticking a box. Without having to maximise the zoom on my screen can the text box font be automatically larger?

The pop-up window when the user click on Notes is too small and the text is small, which makes it difficult to read and select. Making this bigger will assist the end user to make the right choice on the internal or external notes.

Technician Dashboard does not show assigned times for non work order scheduled events

The "Unavailable" schedule entries should show the scheduled times just like every other schedule event.
