Manual Held Ups to be defined at Store level same as Note Templates
Update the Admin Management creation of Manual Held Ups to be the same as Note Templates so dealers can define Manual Held Ups specific to a single store, multiple stores or All stores.

Have the ability to see backlogs when creating a PSQ quote
When creating a PSQ quote it would be beneficial to see the backlogs assigned to the machine serial number (in PSQ), this would allow us to quote any outstanding work at the time of the quote being raised. Submitted by WesTrac

RingCentral integration
Customer issues can manifest as RingCentral support tickets. Showing those customer issues in SalesLink in the existing Customer Issues area would provide Marketing and Sales teams with visibility into what customers are facing.

Westrac- SIMS entries need to have the primary and secondary fields made mandatory

Work Order Urgency Selector for Overview Page
The "Urgency" field in the Work Order Header Maintenance screen should be included in the work order Overview screen so users can assign and manage the priority of the work order. 1 = Urgent 2 = High 3 = Medium 4 = Low

Clearer verbiage for expired warranty opportunities
"Customer Accepted" is a confusing term in the UI with regards to expiring warranties. This enhancement will change the verbiage to Outstanding instead of Customer Accepted.
