Last update Date in COTI should include more or audit trail

We are often looking to see when the last activity took place on a deal in COTI so we can see when it was last touched, by whom. Currently the only thing that updates the "last updated date" is only impacted when deal details are changed or update...

Check machine consist pricing against the current machine price list.

When adding a machine into a quote, check the consist pricing in iQuote against the current prices from the machine price list to indicate whether it is current or not.

Button to automatically create an issue (Invoice Type) on the Customer AR Screen

It would be helpful to have a button on the AR screen for a Customer that when clicked automatically creates a Customer issue with the relevant fields populated.

Ability for Admins to configure signature for iQuote Users

Currently, signatures in iQuote must be configured by each user themselves. The ability for Admins to to set these signatures by user would be useful for consistency and on-boarding of new employees.

We would like to see the entire description pull in from DBS along with reference numbers.

We would like iQuote to pull down the entire description with attachments. For example MIN HYD EXCAVATOR and the second line with COUPLER, SSL with respective reference numbers visible.

Add/Update the API information from TDG

Update the APIs from The Daniel Group (TDP) to mark an issue from a customer survey as complete, once it is closed in TDG website.

When copying from an existing quote in iQuote to have the ability to change the source for the new quote.

Currently if we copy from an existing quote that has a piece of inventory in it where that piece of inventory is no longer in stock iQuote gives an error.

COTI Open in New Tab

We are unable to open deals from the search into a new tab. This means we have to continuously open new tabs manually then search for the deals all over again to open multiple tabs.

Currently there is a "Need By" date that is captured when a parts order is made. This field defaults to a value that we have control over via a configuration setting. The problem we are encountering is that this does not take into account non-work...
