We are often looking to see when the last activity took place on a deal in COTI so we can see when it was last touched, by whom. Currently the only thing that updates the "last updated date" is only impacted when deal details are changed or updated. I would like to expand what impacts this date to document uploads, notes added, change requests filed, ect. Or incorporate some sort of audit trail on a deal so we can see the history of how it flowed through COTI. In doing this, we would want to see these available in APIs as well so we can run various reports.

Agree... an audit log similar to what ServiceLink has would be helpful. i.e. Customer Account Number field changed from and to by on what date.
