Scheduling "Single Entry" Checkbox - Default to checked.

Scheduling "Single Entry" Checkbox - Can we configure the checkbox to be defaulted to checked for all New Bay Scheduling Events? Users are accidently creating entries for long periods that then require each day edited.

Migrate Exchange Web Services integration to instead use Microsoft Graph

Background Requests to Exchange Web Services (EWS) will be blocked starting October 1, 2026 (see announcement here). Microsoft recommends that vendors use Microsoft Graph instead.

RP - To develop a “post-load” so that samples with D-350 are excluded from the results.

Add an exclusion to the _D350 of SOS Serial Numbers to allow them to be tied to the actual Serial Numbers. Run a batch update to correct all historical data with _D350 suffixes.

Service Pipeline $ Amount for Parts, Labour and Misc filter update

$ Amount Parts, Labour and Misc filter checkboxes on Service Pipeline do not filter data correctly. Data displayed on Pipeline is correct but list of WIP when clicking on data points is entire list.

Populate the agreement number in COTI, irrespective of whether a deal is invoiced or not

Currently, we only populate the sales agreement number from DBS once the deal has been invoiced. The ask is to have the Agreement number fetched from the Agreement Table in DBS irrespective of whether a deal is invoiced or not.
