At least when marking 'Lost' or 'No Deal' adding visibility to reservations the rep has on the quoted machine and quoted customer. At the time they marked it, is when a next step action is needed to manage reservations, linking visibility to that would help keep things up to date in a timely manner.

Here we have an iQuote 'No Deal' (iquote cancellation.png). But if you check reservations, there is still a reservation for this customer and the quoted machine (reservation still active.png). If when marking as No Deal or Lost Sale we could populate the space with the same reservation information you can find in the Inventory Module as a reminder to clear the reservation, that would be two birds with one step.
Even though the clearing the reservation would require a separate email/phone call and currently wouldn't be initiated from within iQuote, it still brings the info together.
Hi Jordan, could you provide a screenshot or two to clarify what you're thinking about?
