Stop PSQ Notes Overwriting Notes Entered in DBS/ServiceLink

When Updating the Work Order from PSQ could there be a configure to not send notes after the initial creation of the work order or an option to only send certain segment notes or the notes write over but underneath what is already loaded?

(WesTrac) Flag to review CM cases when the ticket is created

currently Servicelink has a flag on creating a ticket to advise the user to review any outstanding PSP/PIP or backlog items. it would be great if the system also highlighted if there was an outstanding CM case that needs resolution at this stage

Associate a UCC record with a lost quote.

Background UCCs count as a loss. So too do quotes in "Lost" status. As a result, losses are double-counted. Solution Sales reps and sales managers who use iQuote and SalesLink can now associate a closed quote with a UCC record.

For the album section in the media tab, create a standard album template. This template should ensure that whenever a segment is created, an associated album is automatically generated to store photos for each segment separately.

Amend a won quote in iQuote that updates COTI.

A simple method to make changes to a Won quote in iQuote that will update COTI. Currently the deal has to be cancelled then the quote re-opened the changes made and the quote re-won again.
