When deleting tickets, in Serivcelink, that were generated from EMT, to send an email informing of deletion.
Many times tickets get deleted and no one knows why. Once that ticket is deleted, there isn't a history/audit trail.
Would like an email sent to group or people of our choice and have the email list the user that deleted it, date, time, etc.
Or open to some other means of accessing this info via Servicelink.

Yes, we need some way to audit/know this. I would also like this to include the name of the person who deleted the ticket
