Symptoms CCCC's auto populating the notes field in the linked segment

It would be a great idea to have the CCCC's entered in the Symptoms, auto populate the note's field in the linked segment

Show Labor Employee ID in Labor Detail

Show Labor Employee ID in Labor Detail in Sales Link when accessing work order information. The Labor Employee ID is shown in iMACS and would like to see the functionality shown in Sales Link as well.

Work Order Urgency Selector for Overview Page

The "Urgency" field in the Work Order Header Maintenance screen should be included in the work order Overview screen so users can assign and manage the priority of the work order. 1 = Urgent 2 = High 3 = Medium 4 = Low

When Deleting Influencers/Contacts from Customer file it needs to be removed from all Divisions.

It would be helpful to have an option to display the Promise Date in the main home screen. Currently, only Delivery, Quote, and Accepted dates are available for display, but not the Promise Date. Since we report on the Promise Date and need to keep it updated, having it as a display and filter option would improve visibility and workflow efficiency.

New work order view

the ability in the service pipeline for the Work in progress table to have an "opened this week" field to show newly created work orders for the selected store

Create a find option within a customer account to easily find a machine to edit.

For customers that have large equipment listings it is difficult to find a specific machine to edit or transfer to another customer.

Ability to close a segment in ServiceLink

Have the ability to close a segment in ServiceLink to stop the segment from being altered one it has been reviewed. ServiceLink already has the ability to open a closed segment if changes are required.
