Currently prime product reps are able to add a lost sale from the TOUCH app. At Holt when a PSSR loses a sale we ask them to create a compare report, it would be very helpful if they were able to do so from their iPads or iPhones on the app.

Note: We use the COMPARE report to add a lost sale record for Product Support. If this isn't the solution, then we need a true Lost Sales Template for a product support opportunity.
