Create OLGA button on the Equipment List

Create OLGA button on the Equipment List within Saleslink

To get quick access to relevant OLGA alerts it would help to have an OLGA button on the equipment list. This would provide quick access to OLGA alerts similar to viewing workorders or SL's by serial number.
