With the importance of OLGA and machine pop accuracy, we have started using the "Date Verified" field on the machine record (EMPEQPD0, Field = DTVRF8 to place the last date the machine was validated to be accurate and belong to a customer. Can you add this field to the equipment list view in the customer record in Sales Link? I've attached screen shots. It could replace the PWC Code which is rarely used and would be of great value! To enhance this even further, perhaps add a % Machine Pop Validated metric to the Customer Insights tab, or roll it up globally to give the dealer an idea of the accuracy of the machine pop. list.

On additional edit. We've begun updating the date verified field based on last WO Update date from the PM Usage Master file. Anything to prove we've "touched" a machine.
One edit to this. I've attached a report we run off of this date verified field. We calculate all SN's that have a date updated with the last year to calculate "% Verified". This is our machine pop accuracy percentage. With the importance of OLGA data (machine pop accuracy) and Cat's focus on POPS growth, this would be a great way to calculate pop accuracy.
