Create "OPT OUT" check box value at the Influencer level AND at the Customer Account level.

Our marketing team had an idea to add an Opt Out checkbox at the influencer level which would filter it out of any lists pulled from Adv. Search. We have contacts that do not wish to be called or contacted on campaigns, but we still need to leave their contact (phone, email, etc) in Sales Link. There is also value in creating an Opt Out at the account level as well. Currently, we put "Do Not Use" or "DO NO MAIL" in the address line in DBS for old accounts or bankrupt, legal etc. accounts. We need a way to filter these accounts out from the Sales Link side.

    An opt out check box make much more sense and would be more in line with a modern CRM product.

    Hi Mike,

    Most dealers manage this by having a special "Do Not Contact" Mailcode that can be used as a filter for marketing lists, which ensures DBS also has the same information.
