Uploading and matching UCC's in SalesLink is a tedious and mundane process month after month. We are proposing a solution that would not only streamline the upload process for UCC's, but also assist in the matching of UCC's to customer and prospect accounts in SalesLink.
This idea includes the ability to pull EDA or CAIS UCC data into SalesLink via API, bypassing the need to upload it manually. There would be a new screen created that would allow SalesLink **Administrators** to delete UCCs out of SalesLink in the event that any of the UCCs uploaded should not exist per the dealers preference (CAT UCC's from our own dealership).
We also want to advocate for enhancing SalesLink's customer and prospect matching functionality by integrating AI/ML capabilities. This strategic enhancement has the potential to significantly improve accuracy and efficacy, leveraging cutting-edge technology to optimize time spent by dealership personnel.
