Develop a PSE page or search to show potential PSE matches to a serial number or customer number. Show Work order and Parts counter sales for 30, 60 or 90 days that may match the PSE.
Display the PSE and list possible matches to the PSE.

Caterpillar has PSE sales goals for dealers. Dealer are matching their sales to PSEs. This page would make that process much more efficient.
Yes! It would be great if I could just search a serial number in Equipment Link/Condition Monitoring and see PSEs related to it there. I like to be able to reference past PSEs for a Serial Number to see what happened with it - was it won, closed, lost - and when closed or lost, see the why. Sometimes a PSSR will close no deal because the recommendation doesn't suit the application or they feel the recommendation should be pushed out. These notes help me evaluate a new PSE of the same recommendation to determine if I need to accept or reject it. Right now, in my evaluation I have to first go to Saleslink and search opps by the Serial Number then go into Equipment Link to search for open work orders, quotes to make my full evaluation. That's a lot of back and forth between systems and would be much easier to just have to go into one.
Based on our understanding, we're thinking that this improvement that would be primarily used in EquipmentLink / Condition Monitoring Portal rather than SalesLink. Is that a correct assumption?
Could you provide more detail on what you would do with that list of PSEs matched to the serial or customer number?
I would also love to be able to see all PSEs matched to a Serial Number when viewing the Serial Number in Condition Monitoring - like I can click on Work Orders to see all associated with that SN, it would be nice to see all PSEs that have come through the system - closed or open.
