When reviewing our lists of Contacts and nominating who we should nominate as the main contact it occured to me that it would be good to nominate the prime contact in each type.Also when was the influencer added/updated last? a date stamp would also be helpful.
Another idea is to have the most recent activity listed as a date with a link back to the activity.
