The Daniels Group Survey Leads

Leads for The Daniels Group surveys are not coded properly. When the survey indicates that there is a future need, Uptake set it up so that it creates a lead, but the lead is populated with no information (see attached screenshot). We need this to be fixed so that it populates with the "InterviewerNotes" field on the API called "GETSURVEYRESULTS". I've checked with The Daniel's Group and this is the feedback they gave below:

"We have not helped any dealers with their API feeds directly. If they are using Uptake, Uptake did that. We provide the API, with various call options and details of each call in the instructions. Dealers can set them up however they please. The API is not end point specific (in this scenario, I'm assuming Wagner's end point is Uptake). But TDG does not have any knowledge of how Uptake works. We provide a field called "InterviewerNotes" on the API call "GETSURVEYRESULTS" so they have the ability to have this information. How to get it into somewhere in Saleslink that works for them, I don't know. They would have to talk to Saleslink/Uptake about that if they don't know how to do that themselves. I would think they would already be including that information somewhere though because it’s a good overall recap of important info from the survey so I'd be surprised they don't already have it. Maybe they would need to direct that field into the "opportunity/lead" in their system. Note - It will have more information that just what the opportunity is though, as it is where all notes for the survey are placed."
