We have some very large 'store driven' accounts that do business all over our territory and so multiple reps receive commissions/credit for the sales in their own branch. Currently SalesLink shows the total sales that the customer did for EVERY rep that is assigned to that account (i.e. customer did $1,000,000 in Product Support sales and if you look up that customer for every rep that is assigned to the account you see the same revenue. There is no way to tell what each rep actually sold.

What's the work-around if you don't mind me asking? With all these ideas we'd like to know if there's something we can do with the software to make things easier/better. We might not be able to do it right away, but at least we've got it written down somewhere so we can find it when we do have some time to work on this area.
