When a work order is flat rated, does that remove the ability to categorize parts correctly? This came up because a rep noticed their Drivetrain amount was lower. When researching, I found that a work order had been credited then re-invoiced and the dollars were not showing under "Other". Noticed the work order had been flat rated.
