This was already brought up on ticket #57129 before, but Hastings would like to make it more obvious when a customer is flagged for deletion to avoid accidently charging against such accounts. They would suggest making the Flagged for Deletion reminder text red and / or much larger.
We continue to see Activities, PARs assigned, Opportunities & Change Requests for Customers who are flagger for Deletion.
We don't want to hide these accounts as they often hold important historical info.
What we are looking for is a better way to identify these accounts so Reps don't mistakenly use them. (similarly to how we have mage the SandBox standout.
We would also like to see a filter in the Customer Coverage Report so Reps & Managers can easily identify any Flag Delete accounts they are covering.
