Rather than a basic reminder for PAR, we would prefer if the reminder was replaced with an outstanding activity. This would be an improved UX for our Sales Reps as it would reduce the amount of work needed in the system - as it is removing the need to create a new activity when a PAR reminder is seen in the calendar.
A configuration option could be made available for a dealer to decide if they want 'PAR Reminders' or 'PAR Activities' as some dealers may want to stay with the current config.
An added enhancement that would come as a result of the PAR Activity automatic creation - instead of just the reminder - is that the activity would appear in FLEX, allowing the Sales Reps greater mobility and again improving the UX. The Sales Rep can then simply open the PAR activity and edit it to complete the additional information and adjust the date / time etc.
