Reason for the request is the CAM/PSSR sees the category when they are reviewing the expiring warranty which tells them what is expiring. That way they know if it’s standard warranty that is expiring and they can add ESC, if extended is the warranty expiring and they can purchase another ESC coverage or if it’s a subscription or maintenance contract they know what they need to do to extend those as well. Right now everything is classified as standard or extended and some of the warranty types would be neither of those-such as CVA and Subscriptions
